Chrissy is an LA-based licensed Occupational Therapist and Certified Life and Success Coach. She brings a decade of experience creating and delivering group/individual coaching programs across a variety of settings to help youth gain the skills they need to maximize their well-being, health, and performance. Her science-based lens as a Coach and Educator is informed by further certification and study in Lifestyle Medicine, Lifestyle Redesign®, Emotional Freedom Technique ("tapping"), and other modalities designed to help people create lasting change in their lives.
Dr. Maggie Vaughan
Program Development
Maggie C. Vaughan, PhD is an NYC-based marriage and family therapist with over 15 years of clinical experience. Her work draws upon Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness, as well as Existential and Psychodynamic theory. In addition to her private practice, Dr. Vaughan acts as founder and executive director of Happy Apple®, a Midtown Manhattan psychotherapy center that offers support to children, teens, and their families.
